Today, at 2 EST we're releasing the latest bottlings from Smoke Wagon. We have the Smoke Wagon Bottled-In-Bond Rye and Malted Straight Rye Whiskey. As most of you know, Smoke Wagon blends and bottles some of the most sought after products on Seelbach's. After an incredible release of their Experimental Rye, Smoke Wagon came back to the same mash bill for their two new offerings. The majority of rye sourced from Indiana is a 95/5 (Rye/Malted Barley) mash bill. The mash bill on these Smoke Wagon releases is 51/49 (Rye/Malted Barley). The higher percentage of Malted Barley adds a rich sweetness to balance out the rye spice. It also lends a more viscous and textured mouthfeel.
