A: In general, our orders take 3-5 business days to ship out. If you haven't received tracking details within that time please contact support@seelbachs.com immediately. There's a chance there was an issue with your order and we will do our best to resolve things quickly.
A: We all want things delivered next day for free. Unfortunately, alcohol adds additional costs and requirements to ship each package. At Seelbach's, we do our best to maintain the lowest, flat rate shipping options in the industry. That still means it's much more expensive to ship your bottle of bourbon than it is to ship a suitcase.
A: We utilize multiple shipping and fulfillment partners to bring an unprecedented selection to Seelbach's customers. Unfortunately, that means things don't always move as fast as we'd like. These spirits took years to craft. We hope you don't mind a few extra days to imbibe! If there is a time sensitive shipment please contact support@seelbachs.com. We never want to miss a birthday.
