Starlight Finished Bourbon Is Back

A few months ago, we went a little crazy at Starlight. But, that is pretty easy to do when they start pulling out incredible samples. We ended up with a Rye, Bourbon, Sherry Finished and Cognac Finished. We're limiting the Cognac to one per person. The stand out to me was the standard bourbon and rye. I do love Starlight's finishes. However they continue to impress me with their flagship whiskies! If you're newer to craft whiskey, I highly recommend you start with a Starlight Bourbon and Rye bottle. They both bring a lot of familiar flavor profiles from their traditional pot still.
