Old Dominick Huling Station 8-Year Single Barrel Straight Wheat Whiskey

We've talked about this in the past. There are contract distilled whiskies I classify as "craft distilled". This is the category that blurs the line of Distiller vs. Blender. There's no better example of that than Old Dominic! Old Dominic started laying down barrel in 2013. There was a barrel shortage at the time. Thankfully, they had a knowledge of the Timber industry. They sent lumber from family land in Tennessee to construct their first bourbon barrels. At the same time, they worked closely with MGP to develop their own mash bills and whiskey profiles. That's how we ended up with this Wheat Whiskey that's 83% wheat, 12% corn and 5% Malted Barley. That is a mash bill you won't find anywhere else.

We're also excited to announce the release of the Old Dominick Tennessee Whiskey. This is creation of Master Distiller, Alex Castle. It was distilled 100% in Memphis. As far as whiskies to try on Seelbach's, this should be at the top of your list.
