After a fast sellout of the Starlight Amburana I'm excited to have another barrel available. Even more exciting, it comes with two other fantastic barrels. The Amburana is classic. Roasted banana and cinnamon roll. Nulu nailed this honey barrel with balance. It's all whiskey flavor notes on the palate. But, the honey shines through on the nose and finished. It's a touch of honey instead of other barrels that are cloyingly sweet. Now to my favorite. The rye whiskey finished in apple brandy. This 7-year rye whiskey hits all the high points. It's bright and high proof. The palate is a spiced apple pie. Truly a fantastic whiskey!
