explorers the marriage of different cask finishes with our signature four grain straight bourbon whiskey. Rich and bold on the palate, Valencia brings forward rich citrus flavors from the coasts of Spain. Valencia is finished in Vino de Naranja casks and bottled at 97 Proof. We finish our signature four grain straight bourbon whiskey for ~1 year in Vino de Naranja (VDN) casks - orange wine casks from the Province of Huelva in Spain. VDN wine is macerated with orange peels from Seville, Spain - resulting in a sweet, rich flavor and aroma.
