We have another special bottling to offer Seelbach's members! This time it is a Rare Cask selection from Bull Run Distilling. This is a 15-year Kentucky Straight bourbon. Unfortunately, Bull Run isn't allowed to disclose the distillery because of an NDA. We do know the mash bill. After searching through Kentucky Distilleries mash bills and tasting the bourbon I have my assumptions. But, I'll keep those to myself for now :)

Tasting Notes: The nose is golden raisins and sweet oak. There are additional notes of raspberries and vanilla frosting. Nicely balanced on the palate with toasted almonds, white pepper, and caramel. The finish is long! There is lots of peach tea, orange peel and oak. It continues to evolve the longer you savor each sip.
