Finger Lakes Distilling is located in the Finger Lakes region of New York State. The region is rich in agriculture. Finger Lakes Distilling takes full advantage. Their corn, rye, and barley are sourced from local farms. The distillery design is inspired by Scottish whisky distilleries. It is a beautiful building with even better views of the Seneca Lake from the distillery deck.
This is one of my favorite collections on Seelbach's. There are incredible barrel picks, aged whiskies and a brandy that may be the most unique thing I've tasted in a while. But, I'd expect nothing less from a craft distiller that has been around for 10-years!
