This is our fourth release from 15 STARS - the independent bottler out of Kentucky that has released some incredible aged product, something we are seeing less and less of these days. Today, we have restocks of several successful releases we've seen in the past: their 7 year and 15 year Private Stock blend, First West Rye and Triple Cask blend (a bourbon blend of 8 & 16 years finished in Port, Cognac, and Rum.) But we also have their new Platinum, a 98 proof blend of 18, 15, and 10 year old bourbons 😳.

This includes selectively sourcing fine aged whiskeys, marrying different mash bills and aged stocks to add complexity, distilling rare and unique proprietary grains, barrel entry proofs as low as 103, and “flavor proofing” at bottling for a superior neat drinking experience. Sparing no expense or effort in our pursuit for great whiskey, we only bottle whiskeys that meet our highest standards.
