Tasting Notes: The nose leads with red fruit roll-ups, spiced red apple, ground baking spices (nutmeg specifically) and hot chocolate powder, soft citrus peel, raw almond, and slightly funky earthiness.
The palate leads with dark chocolate, smokey vanilla, oak spice, tobacco, tar cherry, nutmeg, clove, and hints of leather on the finish.
The finish is long with cohesive chocolate and leather, and smoked vanilla bean.

Production: We entered the cooper select, toasted and #4 char barrel at 110 proof after coming off the still around 137 proof. Aged in both our Rickhouse A at a mid- to upper-floor and in our Rickhouse B in the center of the warehouse.
