Tasting Notes: A beautiful bouquet of toasted caramel and toffee on the nose, I mean, truly decadent and inviting.

The palate is as creamy and decadent as the nose insinuated. Thick caramel sauce, charred vanilla, buttered toffee, a kiss of clove and allspice, chocolate ganache, and seasoned oak.

The finish is long and slow, slightly drying as toasted bourbons can be but pleasing spices, french toast with maple syrup, and charred marshmallows - I’ll leave it to you to decide if they are to your liking.
