Inspired by the traditionally infused Kräuterlikörs of Germany, Chattanooga Whiskey's latest bourbon liqueur was crafted from a variety of German specialty malts, including pale wheat malt & chocolate malt. After distillation on both pot and column stills, the whiskey was infused with a blend of über-traditional botanicals including star anise, ginseng, bilberry, and sarsaparilla. After aging in single use bourbon barrels for an entire year, dark candi syrup was blended into the spirit before bottling. Enjoy chilled alongside a traditional German beer or as a digestif. Prost!
