About the product: We were one of the original buyers of the 45% wheat mashbill distilled by MGP. We have since taken this unique mashbill to new heights by finishing it in a number of creative ways, as here with Fiddler Chin Music Toasted Bourbon. All our expressions of this delicious, high-wheat mashbill have more than twice the wheat content of the famous, allocated wheated bourbons on the market.
Derek Shiller, President & CEO of the Atlanta Braves, and Mike Plant, President & CEO of Braves Development Company, are avid bourbon collectors. We design the batches based on their feedback, varying the ratios of toasted barrels that go into each one.
By varying the toast and amount of time in the toasted barrel, each batch enjoys its own unique flavor.
