It still has some playful and sweet nods to peach ring candies and vanilla the longer it sits.
The palate is sparkling - leading with oak and fresh apple pie. It’s layered and delicate initially, carrying front end softness but progressing to back end richness of dried cherry, singed citrus peel, and toasted vanilla.
The finish is quick yet juicy, with peppered stone fruit notes, apricot jam, and dried apple with trailing dry oak and warm churro.
