About: Iowa's first and largest whiskey producing distillery, and one of the nation's original craft distilleries, Cedar Ridge Whiskey is authentic by nature™. From their Iowa home surrounded by the world's most fertile ground, their craft honors the hardworking people of the Midwest. Each batch takes on the character of Iowa's people, land and climate. And it's evident in every glass of handcrafted whiskey they make.

'FARM-TO-TABLE' made with 100% Iowa corn

UPFRONT SWEET CORN – high corn mash bill highlights the true essence of traditional bourbon; 74% corn, 14% toasted rye, and 12% malted barley

CLEAN, APPROACHABLE WHISKEY – fermented "off-the-grain" creating a cleaner wash, then distilled to a higher 148-150 proof vs. 134-136 for a purer distillate.

Our Barrel Proof Bourbon is crafted from Iowa corn, aged in char #3 barrels, and non-chill filtered. These barrels are aged in non-climate-controlled rickhouses, where our Midwest weather exposes them to temperature swings of over 100 degrees each year - resulting in a unique flavor provide that can't be achieved in other climates.
