Today, I'm excited to announce a new product for Seelbach's. Union Trail Bourbon is the creation of James Ashcraft. James is better known as Bourbon Enthusiast on Instagram and other social media outlets. For years, James has run one of the premier private barrel groups. He's now focused on bringing his own brand to market. In May, James and I were discussing Union Trail and he mentioned private blends. I immediately jumped on the idea. After a lot of tasting and tinkering we found a sweet spot with these lot of barrels. This blend is a mix of three 6-year 6-month MGP barrels. Th palate is viscous and creamy. There are tons of citrus peel and burnt sugar notes. I hope you enjoy the first ever Union Trail Private Blend!
