The Hidden Barn Collection

Hidden Barn burst onto the bourbon scene in the summer of 2022. They're a collaboration of former Old Forester Master Taster, Jackie Zykan, Nate Winegar, Matt Dankner from Denver’s 5280 Whiskey Society and Royce Neeley of Neeley Family Distillery. Their releases continue to grow in popularity. Today, we have Hidden Barn Series 2: Batch #001 and Hidden Barn Limited Edition.

For the first five releases, all Hidden Barn bourbon came from Neeley Family Distillery. Hidden Barn Series 2 sourced bourbon from a new Kentucky distillery. The limited edition bourbon is finished in Madeira barrels. There's no denying Zykan's ability to blend whiskey. She has an incredible palate and understands consumers taste and preferences. This Madeira Cask finish may be the most impressive blend I've seen from Hidden Barn to date! Zykan strikes an incredible balance of dried fruit and subtle smokiness that I love. It's the perfect whiskey to sip on a cold night.
