There are few things I enjoy more than a bourbon Old Fashioned. For me, it hits all of the high points. It's quick and easy to make. Most importantly, it's delicious!
For this Old Fashioned the Seelbach's in-house mixologist Dee Jones used New Riff Bottled-In-Bond bourbon and Buffa Bitters. Remember a little cinnamon simple syrup goes a long way. Cocktail Recipe
2 oz New Riff Bottled-In-Bond Bourbon
.5 oz Cinnamon simple syrup
4 Dashes of Buffa Old Fashioned Bitters
Orange Peel + Luxardo Cherry
Give it 15-20 stirs with ice. Strain the cocktail over a large ice cube and garnish.
