Tasting Notes: Such a rich, balanced nose right out of the gate - punchy at its 119 proof. Sweet, sticky honey, warm old oak, bright apple-like acidity, lemon creme pie, pineapple. So many notes only growing more and more intense as it sits in the glass with this big brown sugar sweetness. 

The palate is bright yet coating - lots of cherry pie filling, spiced apple, and tropical fruit cocktail all mixing with oaky brown sugar, chocolate pudding, and a subtly minty, peppery spice.

The finish is dense and spiced: mixing citrus spice, oak spice, and baking spice all together big and dry, yet still really balanced with a long long linger of oak and candied mint. 

A robust yet balanced aged rye.
