About: Carl T. is our small batch signature bourbon named after 4th generation family member, Carl Theodore Huber. After 4 years of aging in new, charred American Oak, this Carl T. batch was transferred into unused French Oak barrel to age an additional 4 months. This process provides intense oak notes, enhanced vanilla flavor, and mellowed rye spiciness.
