Mashbill: 60/36/4 Corn/Rye/Malted barley

Tasting Notes: The  nose is spiced simple syrup through and through. There are pops fig and date and raspberry quickly before more plump toffee sugars continue on. Praline, a smidge of peanut butter fudge, and a dash of orange zest.

The palate is chewy and sweet much like the nose led on. There’s some initial saturated sugary fruits like grape and raspberry fruit leather before citrus spiced brown sugar and sweet oak.

The finish is lively, tingly, and fruity with honey, praline, and sweet oak continuing on.
