About the product: A true craft distillery in every sense of the term, the Mendel family started Devils Creek in 2017 to create an authentically California grain-to-glass whiskey experience where transparency and meticulous craftsmanship produce whiskey that excites the palate. The defining California whiskey experience begins with snow melt, harvested from alpine lakes in the Eastern Sierra, and native grown grains from the 100+ year old Adams Grain Company and renowned craft malt house Admiral Maltings. Distilled at a breathtaking 7,760 feet in Mammoth Lakes, our whiskeys are then aged for a minimum of four years in traditionally coopered barrels of the highest quality from Kelvin Cooperage in Louisville, Kentucky.
