The palate is voluptuous - a perfect balance of brown sugar, caramel, slightly smoked cherry, raspberry, cream soda and lasting oak. With all the different profiles I’ve had from Peerless in their bourbon, this one is one of the most complete, focused, and enjoyable I’ve found.
The finish gives a nice Kentucky hug complimented by long lasting dried fruits, vanilla cream soda, toffee, and lingering sweet oak.
