Tasting Notes: Warm wood leads the nose, with plenty of caramel, butterscotch, and graham cracker layered with gooey vanilla, gentle oak, and pineapple upside-down cake.

The palate begins like a sweet pastry, think a fresh, warm almond croissant with heavy almond paste and cherry cola. Lovely caramel carries through alongside maple-leaning oak. The proof tingles on early sips, but as it rests, it begins to mellow.

The finish is plush with vanilla cream and a return to that syrupy cherry cola from the palate, ultimately lingering long with sweet, spiced, mature oak.
