The nose begins sweet and fragrant, led with brown sugar but then quite layered. Deep
oak, rich stone fruits and red berries, creamy nuttiness, and honey sweetened milk chocolate. 

The palate is rich and robust yet controlled - beginning with subtle cinnamon and oak in the foundation, sugared red fruits in the mid palate, and a dense and sweet old fashioned-esque crescendo of brown sugar, herbal spice, and dark fruits. 

The finish is medium in length, creamy with a nutty, dry oak, softer cherry and vanilla continuing on before a spiced raisin long finish.
