Appearance: Crystal clear in the glass, long and streaming legs that linger on the sides of glass for a long time.

Nose: fruit forward, juniper, cinnamon.

Palate: Rich and creamy texture, juniper subdued and bright citrus with a hint of baking spice.  Good length and is well balanced.  Ice opens up the floral/citrus aroma tremendously and brings forth more subdued elements including a sweet cereal note.

Finish: Fruit and cinnamon that lingers, very full bodied gin that drinks as well neat as it does in cocktails
