Tasting Notes: The nose opens with ripe peach highlighted with a little bit of mint and almond. As it opens up there's marshmallow and maple. The palate is balance of fruit and spice. There's a honey sweetness that meets vibrant cinnamon notes. The finish is medium with a touch of sweet oak and dried baking spice.

The Story: Responder Bourbon was founded by a team of police officers and business professionals who are dedicated to providing the finest Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey to support the 4.6 million brave men and woman who serve our communities with honor, dignity and pride. Responder Bourbon is also dedicated to their families, friends and overall supporters of the First Responder Community.

In collaboration with the executives of the Bardstown Bourbon Company, a mash bill utilizing the finest of ingredients, distilled at Bardstown Bourbon Company.

A portion of our proceeds will go to supporting charitable causes designed to support the needs of the families of Police, Fire and EMS personnel.

Kings County Distillery is New York City’s oldest operating whiskey distillery, the first since Prohibition.
