Tasting Notes: The nose has cake batter sweetness mixed with warm, fragrant toasted spice. Juicy citrus and stone fruit wrapped in brown sugar continue on.

The palate is as juicy as the nose leads on - baked apple pie, torched peach, maybe even some strawberries and cream as well before the leather, espresso, caramel and oak come in to play.

The finish is long and trailing, with developed oak and saturating berry compote as well. Just a fantastic double oaked expression, and a fantastic bourbon from Starlight.
