Tasting Notes: The nose is maraschino cocktail cherries, brown butter and strawberry HI-CHEW candy. There are additional notes of toasted cardamom and black pepper with a touch of honeydew on that backend. The palate is thick and chewy. Lots of spiced fruit and dark caramel. This is a Cracker Barrel biscuit with butter and blackberry jam. It perfectly balances sweet, spice, and depth of flavor. The finish is long with notes of English breakfast tea and raspberry bouncing around.
