Age: Blend of 14-year Kentucky, 11-year Kentucky,10-year Kentucky, 9-year Indiana and 8-year Indiana Bourbon

Mash Bill: See blend below

Proof: 118.1 proof

Tasting Notes: Baked cherry, campfire, and vanilla are enveloped by cinnamon and herbal tea. On the palate, waves of ginger and malt lead to a wonderfully complex, lasting finish.

Seelbach's Notes: Incredibly complex on the nose. It leads bright with orange oils, licorice, ginger and saturating red fruits meets deep spices and slightly savory leather and tobacco. Warm and dry.

The palate follows closely to the nose. Thick flan and caramel sauce, leaning toward butterscotch. Drying red wine. Long lingering anise spice (among others in the spice cabinet), worn leather and long lingering, musty antique oak.

The finish is incredibly long, spiced, and oaky - trailing with vanilla and softer nuttiness.

About the product: Bardstown Bourbon Company continues to push boundaries through innovation, exploring new flavor in each collaborative release. This partnership with Amrut Whisky, trailblazers of authentic Indian malt whisky, showcases imagination, creativity, and the power of global connection.

Kings County Distillery is New York City’s oldest operating whiskey distillery, the first since Prohibition. Founded in 2010, Kings County uses New York grain and traditional distilling equipment to produce whiskey in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, just steps from the former waterfront distillery district and the legendary site of the 1860s Brooklyn Whiskey Wars. Every drop the distillery sells is made in the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
