About: For the second year in a row, PS107 is bottling a special whiskey with Rare Character Over the past couple of years, Rare Character has become the hottest American whiskey brand, coveted by serious drinkers and collectors alike. Their owner, Pablo Moix, has graciously agreed to bottle an entire barrel of specially-branded PS 107 whiskey specifically for the Auction Gala 2024. This limited edition release is a one-of-kind straight bourbon whiskey. The unique label artwork is from PS 107 mom Kate Wilkes Polevoy, depicting the iconic bugs attacking the 14th Street side of our school. Only around 180 total bottles will be available. 100% of proceeds after costs will be donated back to the school; last year that generated nearly $7,000!
