Mash Bill: 68/16/16 Corn/Rye/Malted barley

Tasting Notes: Slightly sweeter and yet also a bit spicier than the Signature recipe it’s based on, Ragged Branch Secretariat Reserve brings to the pour a healthy dose of dried fruit and raisin and burnt sugar, and finishes with a little heat - just like the racehorse it’s named after.

About: Ragged Branch Secretariat Reserve Bourbon 2025 is a limited-edition bourbon celebrating the legendary race career of Virginia-born Secretariat. Made from a mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley, and aged for over five years, Ragged Branch Secretariat Reserve features corn exclusively grown on the Virginia farm on which the legendary racehorse was born and raised. The 2025 release features hand signed bottles by Secretariat jockey Ronald "Ron" Turcotte. The commemorative 2.24 Secretariat Reserve is named in honor of Secretariat's world record of finishing 1.5 miles in an astonishing 2:24 finish time. Today, this remains one of the most memorable sports moments in history.
