Base Blend: Straight bourbon whiskey, light corn whiskey, and straight rye whiskey, all aged more than four years. The whiskey is then blended with a small amount of 15-year-old oloroso sherry from the Williams & Humbert Bodega in Jerez, Spain.
Finish: Aged an additional 18 months in the Pierre Ferrand dry curacao cask.

Tasting Notes: The nose is filled with citrus oils and damp armagnac or cognac-like saturated dried fruits and red fruits complete with juiciness and earthy tannins alike. buttery graham cracker pie crust, floral-kissed honey, caramel sauce, vanilla cream puff, and apricot. The longer it sits in the glass the more it comes alive.
The palate is melted pralines and subtle citrus. The mouthfeel is damp and clinging with freshly brewed coffee, dried cherry, fig, and tons of drying grape juiciness and orange tootsie pop candy.
The finish is long and beautifully drying with long lasting caramel, toffee, orange zest, and saturating fruit tannins.
