Mash Bill: 74/21/4 & 60/36/4 Corn/Rye/Malted Barley

Tasting Notes: The nose begins fresh, creamy, and citrusy. Maple frosting and dark chocolate dipped orange slices on a late night drive through the rolling hills of Kentucky with the windows down. The longer you sit with it the more barrel presence is known, as well as more raspberry, toffee, and vanilla.
The palate begins round for its proof with a barrage of raspberry, flat grape soda, and dark cherry notes before an airy and effortless cascade of buttered toffee, soft milk chocolate, confectioner’s sugar and seasoned oak. Spiced cherry cola begins to rest on the sides of the mouth, flavors I’d often associate with Indiana aged Kelvins barrels.
The finish continues with slow brown sugar and overcooked caramel, but grows more into those juicy flat grape soda, black cherry and pepper notes in a long, dry, mature oak finish.
