About: At Ragged Branch, they do things the hard way—because that’s the right way. Every drop of whiskey starts with grains they grow themselves right there in Virginia soil, giving it a sense of place you can actually taste. The mash is cooked and fermented on-site, then distilled low and slow in a custom copper pot still built by Vendome—producing just one barrel a day. From there, it’s aged in new, charred American oak inside their rickhouses until it’s ready. Nothing sourced, nothing rushed. Just real, farm-grown bourbon made with intention, from grain to glass.
