About: Our limited edition version of Fiddler Georgia Heartwood Bourbon celebrating the National Champions' back to back victory is finally here!

This very special “Back to Back” edition of our aptly named Fiddler Georgia Heartwood has a label that pays homage to our Co-Founders’ alma mater, the 2021 and 2022 National Champions, and pairs perfectly with last year's Glory Glory National Championship release.

The Back to Back bottle will feature all the delicious brown sugar, caramel, and maple notes you enjoy in Fiddler Georgia Heartwood, and, at Cask Strength, will clock in around 114 proof. The release will be comprised of 8 hand-selected barrels

Fiddler Heartwood Bourbon begins with the same foraged high-wheat mash bill as Fiddler Unison Bourbon. We then finish it on hand-harvested, charred Georgia white oak heartwood staves that we hand-charred and placed in the barrels for the final few months of maturation.

In addition to the wheat lending a soft, silky texture and salted caramel, the Georgia staves lend maple, sandalwood, oak and a rounder mouthfeel, for a textured complexity rarely seen in a bourbon.

Kings County Distillery is New York City’s oldest operating whiskey distillery, the first since Prohibition. Founded in 2010, Kings County uses New York grain and traditional distilling equipment to produce whiskey in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, just steps from the former waterfront distillery district and the legendary site of the 1860s Brooklyn Whiskey Wars. Every drop the distillery sells is made in the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
