Tasting Notes: Sweet maple, coconut cream, salted caramel, woodsy oak, fresh raspberries, and perfumed spices on the nose.
The palate is complex and layered, drinking beautiful for the proof. Chewy brown sugar, strawberry, sweet milk chocolate, dried red fruits, tons of leather and long, well charred oak.
The finish is slow to leave, laying heavy on the tongue with dense caramels, vanilla, and oak notes. One of my favorite Juke Joint's in quite some time.
