Tasting Notes: The nose is creamy and light, with soft wafts of floral, toffee, vanilla, gentle spices, freshly baked biscuits with drizzled honey. It’s as dense and buttery as it is citrusy and lively.

The palate has chewy honey graham to the very front, before spiced melon, peach ring candies, floral-toned toffee and elegant spices. Rye remains the focus, with the honey finishing adding a sticky depth.

The finish is soft and balanced, still floral kissed with honey, citrus, and spice continuing on before long lasting spiced oak.

About: Blue Note Honey Rye Cask begins its journey by embracing the art of fusion. American oak barrels used for finishing are repurposed to produce a delicious, locally sourced, barrel-aged honey. We then return the whiskey to these honey-infused casks for another round of aging to create a distinct and harmonious profile.
