The Story: At 15 STARS® we take pride in producing outstanding whiskey. We craft all our products in a meticulous manner through selectively sourcing aged whiskeys, marrying different mash bills and aged stocks to capture complexity, using rare heritage grains never before distilled, barrel entry proofs as low as 103, and “flavor proofing” at bottling for the best drinking experience. Sparing no expense or effort in our pursuit for great whiskey, we only release products we are truly proud to share. While we use innovative techniques in creating our whiskeys today, we also honor and respect past traditions. In 1795, Kentucky was recognized as the 15th state on the second United States flag which honored the state with both 15 stars and 15 stripes. This historic flag represents a time in Kentucky’s history when highly talented craftsmen were at work as gunsmiths, furniture makers, silversmiths, artists, and distillers. At 15 STARS® , we strive to match the dedication of those great artisans of the past to ensure that you will savor every sip of our fine aged whiskeys.

Kings County Distillery is New York City’s oldest operating whiskey distillery, the first since Prohibition. Founded in 2010, Kings County uses New York grain and traditional distilling equipment to produce whiskey in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, just steps from the former waterfront distillery district and the legendary site of the 1860s Brooklyn Whiskey Wars. Every drop the distillery sells is made in the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
