Tasting Notes: The nose is rich and dense, big caramels but also deep fruit-soaked oak notes. A few drops of water make it a bit more antique leather and oak, with more dried and red fruits coming alive.
The palate is explosive. Thick chocolates, heavily cooked caramels, big spiced red fruits and heavy oak presence. Water draws out more stewed berries, all while keeping the cooked caramels and heavy chocolate covered oak and warming spices.
The finish is long and creamy, with waves of dried oak complimenting cocoa powder and baking spice.
