We have another great rye to release this week - and this one is 100% rye. Last year, O.K.I. released a few rye whiskey barrels in Kentucky to a huge success, and we were fortunate to have two single barrels with equal success just a few months ago.

Burnt citrus peel, buttercream icing, and candied red fruits explode on the nose. Elegant pepper and clove spices fill the senses but always end with brûléed sweetness.
The palate is a lively, buttery dance of peppery baking spices and toasted rye bread. Tart cherry and red apple present like sour rope candy before a long, butterscotch sweetened finish with a whiff of leather.
