Tasting Notes: Sticky and slightly tropical, with gobs of honey, peach, maraschino cherry, dried pineapple, and grape soda.

One of the most unique ryes we’ve ever had. Super oily, with baked apples, dried pineapple, peach iced tea, and grape soda concentrate, plus gobs of rich honey. This moves into toasted oak, heavy raspberry and blackberry, then dark chocolate with pops of ginger and a familiar hop note found in other New Holland products.

The longer you sit with it, the more jammy and creamy it becomes. The slightly savory, medicinal-leaning edges begin to give way to a more complex, dessert-leaning profile, leading to an incredibly enjoyable, long finish.
