Bottled at 100 proof, this bourbon is a collaboration between famed Secretariat owners – the Chenery-Tweedy Family, Claiborne Farm, and Kentucky-born spirits house Hallowed Spirits. Thirty-One Lengths is a tribute conceived, distilled, and bottled by these, the three names so keenly associated and dedicated to both the legend and the bourbon.

Tasting Notes: 

Nose & Palate: A captivating bouquet of magnolia blossom, fig preserves, and fresh molasses rises from the glass, layered with notes of hand-tooled saddle leather, polished tack, and freshly cut garden mint. Silken in texture, the palate unfolds with rich cigar tobacco, exquisite flavors of a freshly crafted mint julep, and bright dried lime zest, beautifully accented by hints of nutmeg and allspice.
