About: Very Small batch. Limited release. Farm to bottle, utilizing grains from Starlight’s 700+ acre farm founded in 1843. Sweet mash process & double pot distilled on our Vendome copper pot still. Starlight used a barrel entry proof of 108 - 112 proof.
