This 84 proof whiskey is blended with sun-ripened blackberries and is then aged in used Starlight bourbon barrels. The result is a small batch blackberry whiskey displaying distinctive hints of blackberry jam, caramel and vanilla beans. Blackberry Whiskey is a great base spirit to be used in craft cocktails.
