St. Augustine Distillery Amburana Finished Bourbon

Age: 4+ years

Proof: 109.8

About the product: Taking our cask-finishing to new heights, this limited-edition bourbon is infused with the nuanced flavors of Brazilian Amburana wood. Aged over three years in American oak and finished in Amburana casks, it blends the deep, oaky sweetness of our Florida bourbon with warm notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and sweet baking spice. The result is a bold, complex bourbon with a rich, lingering finish — a unique sensory experience drawn directly from the wood itself.
