Plush with rich brown sugar, rounded tropical fruit, sweet cherry and a pop of raspberry, subtly smoked vanilla, and charred oak.
Palate: The highlight here is viscosity. Dense brown sugar, espresso, and lightly spiced chocolate lead the way, but the main impression is a heavy reduction of fruit coating the palate, followed by a nip of orange zest, the sort of profile you find in Stagg.
Finish: Rich and weighted, with loads of vanilla cream and sweet oak joining the previously mentioned notes. It remains very smooth and creamy, with intense cooked sugars and excellent oak.
