Tasting Notes: Nose: Rich chocolate, vanilla and strawberry immediately jump from the glass, followed by caramel, brown-butter toffee and an unmistakable sweet oak character.

Palate: Dense and sweet with chocolate, strawberry, raspberry, caramel and maple. The double oak adds a beautiful layer of rich, sweet rickhouse oak and spice without becoming overly tannic or drying.
Finish: Long and warming with sweet oak, spice, buttery toffee and lingering strawberry and chocolate. There's a subtle rickhouse funk underneath all that sweetness that adds complexity.
Overall: A decadent, fruit-forward double-oaked bourbon that combines dessert-like sweetness with deep, mature oak.
