Tasting Notes: Honey, nougat and a bit of earthiness. Citrus oil and milk chocolate on the palate. This is balanced with a nice amount of oak and pepper. Long, long sweet herbaceous finish.

The Founders of Rolling Fork have been long-time admirers of the fine rums being distilled by the powerhouse Foursquare Distillery of Barbados. Thankfully, the proprietors of that fine establishment are kind enough to let some casks make their way to independent bottlers. When a few casks of rum distilled in 2001 by Foursquare came available, Rolling Fork jumped at the opportunity to bring some of that well-aged rum stateside.
