About: Premier Drams was born from the expertise of Bill Thomas. Bill is the owner and whiskey curator of the legendary Jack Rose Dining Saloon in Washington DC. Jack Rose is always in the Top 25 best whiskey bars in the world. Bill has been instrumental in growth of American whiskey for close to 2 decades. But, this is his first foray into his own brand. Because of Bill's relationships he was able to source from places few have access to. Premier Drams contract distills barrels and age them at these renowned distilleries. These barrels are offered as cask-strength single barrel releases.
Premier Drams is dedicated to transparency. Unfortunately some distilleries require non-disclosure agreements. We've added as much detail as possible on our labels, including the distillery of origin.
